Warren Miller’s “Flow State”

Every fall, millions of skiers make a pilgrimage before the season even starts. Not to their home mountain or to their local ski shop . . . those trips come later. I’m talking about the annual trip to watch Warren Miller’s latest movie.

This year, winter will officially be ushered in when Warren Miller premieres his 63rd flim - Flow State.

Why am I telling you something you may already know?

1. Tordrillo Mountain Lodge is proud to be featured in Flow State.

2. Every ski  movie is worth a mention. Particularly, Warren Miller.

That’s right, the Warren Miller crew stopped by to ski and fish with our wild man Tommy Moe. Apparently, harvesting 4,000 foot corn runs and reeling in salmon and trout in the same day is film worthy. Those of you who have experienced Cast and Carve are nodding your heads in agreement right now. Those of you who haven’t should be picking up your tickets for Flow State so you can see what you’ve been missing out on.

8 p.m.

Tordrillo’s own Tommy Moe and Mike Overcast, Co-owners and guides, will be making the trip down to Utah to share in the Flow State festivities. If you can’t join them for opening night, make sure you catch Flow State when it rolls through your neck of the woods. Here’s the schedule.

And remember; if you don’t ski Tordrillo Mountain Lodge this season, you’ll be one year older when you do.
