Our 200-bottle cellar houses top-shelf wines from around the world that are selected by sommeliers who know our menus and our clients’ discerning palettes. Bins include Italian greats like Sassacaia, Ornellaia, and Gaja, along with award winners from Bordeaux, Napa Valley top picks, Pacific Northwest pinots, and premium selections from Australia and New Zealand. For every adventure in the great Alaska outdoors, there is an aprés ski or fishing story waiting to be told indoors at the Silvertip, our full-service bar that offers local, handcrafted beers, signature drinks and premium pours.
