Counting down the minutes to Cast and Carve 2012
We promise this will be the last Cast and Carve blog post – at least for the day.
It’s less than a week away and we’re quivering with excitement. Cast and Carve is a program offered to guests only during the month of June. Essentially it consists of a month of pure epic awesomeness with awesome people doing awesome things.
During Cast and Carve the typical day consists of waking up to an incredible meal, heli-shredding corn snow in the morning and fishing for king salmon at night. The prolific Talachulitna River where we catch all our salmon is just a short heli ride from the front doors of the TML and kings usually come in weighing anywhere from 30 – 50 pounds. It doesn’t get much better than that. Here we go!
